The powerful 1.2 GHz Quad Core processor and 8 GB SSD (Solid State Drive) which manages the operating system allow the d-Copia 7001MF and d-Copia 8001MF to process the most demanding jobs rapidly.
The JAWS software development platform allows installation of other applications on these devices, so extending possible uses and functionalities.
Cloud connectors and Google Cloud Print™ support scanning and printing from Cloud archives. Printing from mobile devices is made possible with the Android and iOS-compatible Olivetti Mobile Print app and support for AirPrint® protocol enables printing from iOS devices without the need to install other software.
As these systems handle large quantities of documents, data security is a very important issue. Confidentiality of data is guaranteed by the optional Data Security Kit (ISO 15408 Common Criteria) providing EAL3 security level. In addition, the Sanitisation function employs numerous overwriting actions to render impossible the recovery of data from the HDD (Hard Disk Drive), SSD (Solid State Drive) or Fax memory. Data encryption based on the AES256 algorithm (Advanced Encryption Standard) offers protection from potential hacker attacks.

The new multifunction monochrome A4 systems are designed with the needs of small work groups in mind.

Five models are available tailored to the different categories of user:

d-Copia 3524MF, reliable with print, copy, scan and fax functions, speeds up to 35 ppm and resolution of 1200 dpi. Compact and silent, perfect also for desk use.
d-Copia 3524MFplus, impressive with integrated Wi-Fi and 4.3” colour touchscreen.
d-Copia 4023MF (without fax) and d-Copia 4024MF, ideal for heavier duty cycles: print speeds up to 40 ppm, faster warm-up and time to first copy, dual scanner and toner capacity up to 7200 pages.
d-Copia 4024MFplus, is the smart MFP which integrates Wi-Fi and the JaWS platform: thanks to that, complex demands and professional workflows will be satisfied.

Overview:

The d-Copia 4003MF PLUS and d-Copia 4004MF PLUS print up to 40ppm and feature a new 7 inch colour touch screen, with drag and flick action, which can be tilted at 0 degrees, 10 degrees and 20 degrees. The screen provides a customisable Home Page, and it is even possible to change to other languages and integrate IC Card Readers in the control panel.

These new systems offer colour scanning, network printing as well as copying. They are delivered with a Reverse Automatic Document Feeder and auto duplex facilities as standard and the range now supports A6 size scan in both simplex and duplex, for special documents. The memory can be expanded up to 1,536 MB and, with the addition of 4 optional paper trays, these MFPs can handle up to 2,600 A4 sheets.

The d-Copia 5004MF delivers copies and print at speeds up to 50ppm, while the top-of-the-range
d-Copia 6004MF prints up to 60ppm and handles large-scale print runs, making it an efficient tool for departmental workplaces.

The d-Copia 5004MF and d-Copia 6004MF feature a new 7 inch colour touch screen, with drag and flick action which can be tilted at 0 degrees, 10 degrees and 20 degrees. Overview:

The Olivetti d-Copia 4513MFplus, d-Copia 4514MFplus, d-Copia 5514MF and d-Copia 6014MF is a range of mid volume multifunctional models offering print speeds of 45 ppm,

55 ppm and 60 ppm. They are the ideal choice for medium to large-sized workgroups requiring a compact, easy-to-use system with decidedly low running costs.

Document throughput is optimised and facilitated by the large colour control panel with customisation support, and by the on-board JaWS software development platform.

The standard 1 GB memory can be expanded up to 3 GB for improved performance in the case of large printing/copying jobs or for scanning complex documents.
Authentication not only provides optimal control of system access but also allows personalised use of the device and the Data Security Kit (optional) ensures that data stored on these devices, during processing, is deleted immediately afterwards, and completely overwritten on when the task has been concluded.
Reduced energy consumption, eco- compatible parts, a reduction in delivery packaging, pre-installed toner, greater use of recycled materials, reductions in emissions and long life components - all leading to exceptional reliability, waste optimisation and reduced running costs.
For all models, wireless printing is possible, directly from mobile devices, when both are connected to the same local Wi-Fi network. With Wi-Fi Direct support, print jobs can be run directly from the Olivetti Mobile Print app, which is compatible with both Android and iOS systems. From iOS devices only, jobs can also be printed directly using the AirPrint® protocol without the need to install further software.
